Sandwater welcomes Chloe Fu and Didrik Dewan to the team
Chloe and Didrik join the Sandwater investment team.
Brilliant news from the Sandwater team today — we’re thrilled to welcome Chloe Fu and Didrik Dewan to our investment team.Originally from Washington D.C., Chloe studied business with specializations in finance and sustainability at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver before moving to Stockholm in 2019. Most recently Chloe worked at Trill Impact where she was one of the first employees, initially part of the firm's inaugural €900m impact private equity fund focusing on mid-market buyouts and later on the debut impact venture fund focusing on early-stage climate tech start-ups across Europe. Prior to Trill Impact, Chloe worked in M&A at KPMG in Stockholm and in Impact VC at Renewal Funds and Propel Impact in Vancouver, Canada. Her experience spans 10 years across the impact venture capital, private equity and non-profit sectors in Europe, the US and Canada.Didrik joins Sandwater from Boston Consulting Group, where he was a project leader specializing in M&A, Transactions, Corporate Finance and Strategy. He has also worked extensively on energy transition, climate and transportation topics. At Sandwater, he is responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence and management of active investments across our thematic verticals. Didrik has an educational background in business, and holds a MSc in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a CEMS Master in International Management from HEC Paris and NHH.
